Paneer(Cottage cheese) based curries
Paneer has many health benefits such as a good source of protein, high in calcium , helps burn fat. Combining Paneer in various forms such as Saag and kadai, healthy organic vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, tomato, mustard greens, onion, ginger, garlic) gets into your diet. Not that you wouldn't know this already, consuming spinach promotes good skin , hair, bone health with various vitamins. Mustard greens is used as anti-inflammatory, detox and antioxidants.
All our chickens are free range chicken. Vegetables used to make gravy are all organic. We try to stay away from cream and other fattening ingredients that are considered unhealthy. We cook all our food in organic bran oil which has many health benefits such as lowering cholesterol, high in antioxidants, increasing good cholesterol and high in vitamin E.
Pulses based curries
Its very difficult to find authentic tasting pulses curries. Punjabi Rajma, Pindi Chana masala and daal makhani is a staple diet for many Indians and has high nutritional value. Rajma ( red kidney beans) is high in protein, helps lower cholesterol and improve immune system. Chole (garbanzo beans) is known for its high fiber content helping digestion.
